Aeration Conveyor (Air Slide)
Aeration conveyors are used to gravity convey powders by passing low pressure air through a porous membrane media and into the bed of the material being handled. These conveyors can be used to handle a large variety of materials regardless of their abrasive nature or bulk density.

Flow control gates are used for shutting off the discharge spouts of silos and for the controlled discharge of pulverized bulk goods such as cement, lime, gypsum and fly ash. The specially engineered motorized / pneumatic control gates ensure an unrestricted flow-through.

Manual Slide Gate
Manual slide gate is used to shut off product flow from outlets of storage bins, silos, conveyors, and other discharge points handling dry bulk materials. The frame of the valve is constructed from heavy-duty inch steel with hardened Blanchard ground blade.

Pneumatic Slide Gate
The pneumatic slide gate allows for fast and precise positioning providing acute control over the flow of bulk materials. Ends of the gate is flanged for fitment with standard feeder or hopper ends. Slide Plate is mounted over specially engineered guide rollers.
