En Mass Chain Conveyors
En mass chain conveyors are specially designed for application in food industry. It can be used for handling a variety of free flowing material including sugar, grain, corn, beans, rice, flour, rape seed, Soya, etc. Material is fed past the upper return chain moves it then falls into the trough bottom, where the lower chain move it and forwards to the discharge side. In case, there is material overflow at discharge end, built in overflow device throws the material out and if it is beyond acceptable limit, the limit switch automatically stops the motor. For any reason, if speed of the motor varies beyond tolerance limit, the sensor probe at tail end immediately gives signal to zero speed switches and the switch stops the motor, thus assuring safe mode of operation.

Drag Chain Conveyor
Drag chain conveyors are used for horizontal or inclined transport of bulk material. It has a trough-shaped elongated passage a bottom wall of which is formed with one or more openings each bounded by a circumferentially extending marginal wall portion of stepped cross-section. A discharge chute is provided for each opening, which extends downwardly from the bottom wall. A closure plate is provided for each opening and each plate is movable.
