We are specialist in the design and manufacture of
industrial dampers and many types of actuated control systems associated
with damper products. These dampers are made of high quality raw material
and incorporate innovative design. Our wide range of dampers include Multi
Louver Dampers, Butterfly Dampers, Motorized Butterfly Dampers, Guillotine
Dampers, Y type Diverter and Guillotine Gates.
Multi Louver Dampers -
Motorized & Pneumatic
Multi Louver Dampers can be used for pre-spinning of duct
air, isolation, and modulating service. These dampers are
also utilized for stack isolation where they are applied to
protect the exhaust system from the elements (prevent the
ingress of rain water), minimize heat loss from the boiler,
and reduce the stack effect during periodic shutdowns.
Butterfly Dampers -
Motorized & Pneumatic
Heavy-duty industrial grade butterfly dampers are specially
engineered for use in high temperature and pressure
applications, where special flanges and other custom
features are required. These are available with airtight
stainless steel valves for improved performance.
Motorized Butterfly
Dampers
Motorized units are available with a flow control
adjustment so that the damper blade can be blocked from
opening or closing. These motorized butterfly dampers can be
custom designed for use in high temperature and pressure
applications.
Guillotine Dampers
(Guillotine Gates)
Guillotine dampers are mostly used in applications where a
positive isolation is required for routine maintenance
and/or entry to a duct behind a media source. Actuation can
be manual, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric, with various
designs to suit all budgets and specifications.
Y Type Diverter -
Motorized & Pneumatic
Y type diverters employ an axially mounted plate to control
the flow of pneumatically transported materials. Flow may be
diverted to one of two tubes, which intersect at a fixed
angle. These diverters are available with options motorized
and pneumatic applications.
Guillotine Gates
Guillotine gates are used when tight shut-off is required
to isolate certain sections of a flue gas or duct system. We
select the best combination of field proven features and
configurations to provide you with the most reliable,
economical solution.
