We offer crane wheels in a wide range of standard
sizes. The forged wheels can be Deep Hardened or Differentially Hardened for
heavy wear or load requirements. On the job, track wheels and crane wheels
are replaced because of flange wear, flange breakage, and mechanical
overloads characterized by pitting and spalling. For durable crane wheels
various factors such as design, material selection, hardness pattern and
heat treating technology must be carefully considered.
Crane Wheels
We manufacture super tough crane wheels for application
with severe flange loading. With our specially engineered
crane wheel, flange breakage is no longer a concern for
older cranes and misaligned crane runaways.
Shaft for Rolling
Shaft for rolling mill drives are provided with a flange on
the roll side that can be coupled centrally with the
coupling sleeve attached to the roll shaft. A flange at the
gear side is connected with the drive via. a spline shaft
that enables the disengaging movement. The spline shaft is
penetrated centrally by an extensible part of a
piston-cylinder unit and is constructed at the output stub
on the gear side. This output stub is enclosed by a
longitudinally displaceable coupling bushing that is
connected with the flange of the universal shaft on the gear
side.
